The Shepherds Bothy was in a very perfect location, excellent for walkers. The local village of Tetford had a shop that could get you anything you needed and the pub was very friendly and accepted dogs too. perfect for 2 people who want to get away from it all.

The barn was beautiful with a fantastic welcome pack of goodies - the area is lovely to explore with amazing views from the barn. I want to move here now!

We loved the cottage it was just the right size for 2 adults and 2 young children, good sized enclosed garden that was a bonus for the children and our dog, nice decor through out and great rural surroundings would love to go back.

Lincolnshire is a beautiful corner of England and the Hoseasons cottage we stayed in was well located to visit all the local attractions inclusing sandy beaches at Mablethorpe, antique shops in Horncastle, and ghost walks in Lincoln. The cottage itself was perfect for parents, toddler and dog, with a beautiful view across the fields of Linclolnshire.

Location was superb and additional touches by owners with food milk etc left for us made it even more like home than we could have imagined.
